Outreach/Promotion/Program Section

The Library Administrator’s Conference of Northern Illinois (LACONI) has multiple sections for different areas of library services. The Outreach/Promotion/Program (OPP) section provides awareness and continuing education for library personnel involved in outreach, promotion, and programming.
