Join LACONI POP and learn from other libraries about successful nature programs and partnerships.

Nature programming has become increasingly popular in recent years at many area libraries; so, LACONI POP has gathered resources and information to share about successful nature programs and partnerships. First, we will hear from two speakers on this subject: Katie Dudley, Community and Economic Development Extension Specialist of the Illinois Extension program, and Rachel Gustafson of the McHenry County Conservation District. They will discuss the nature programs offered, how their partnerships work, and more. We will wrap everything up with a Q&A session and share an extensive list of local resources, along with the most popular nature programs shared by local libraries to help get your nature programming off the ground!
