SAAM Presents: Leadership Book Discussion (Session 2)

As a leader, having the trust of your team can be critical to the overall success of your organization. Joseph R. Folkman, a globally recognized leader in change, through his extensive research and data analysis, has identified the proven formula for building and restoring trust in leadership. In his book, The Trifecta of Trust, Joseph focuses on three core behaviors—Expertise, Consistency, and Positive Relationships. Join this discussion around how to build and keep trust. Bring your own experiences to share and come away with new techniques to try out.

The program agenda will be the same on each date (3/16, 3/18 and 3/19). Attendees should register for the session that best fits their needs. Refreshments will be provided at the two in-person sessions.
